Thanks to the elements of a passive house, the right design of the structure, insulation and placement of windows and doors, running costs are very low and your dream home can take excellent care of itself.
Compared to concrete buildings, wooden constructions achieve the same technical parameters using less thick walls, which saves finances, but also about one tenth of the area. This is equivalent to the size of a small room.
Sustainability
IMMA places great importance on the impact the construction has on the surroundings and the environment. That is why we are planting approximately 40 trees for each house in cooperation with Sázíme Česko, an amount that is equivalent to what is used in the building of each house. Once the trees for your new dream home have been planted, you will also receive an email with the GPS coordinates of their location.
IMMA's wooden constructions are highly environmentally friendly. Photovoltaics, pump cooling and air conditioning with heat recovery ventilation are all part of the package.
